PLAY AT THE LA SEVENS!

The Los Angeles Invitational (LAI) is the official amateur rugby tournament associated with the HSBC LA SEVENS World Rugby Sevens Series event. For 2023, the specific competition dates will depend on your division, as some levels will be 1 day and some will be 2 day competitions. All competition will be held within Friday February 24th through Sunday February 26th alongside the HSBC LA SEVENS.

The LAI 7’s provides the opportunity to teams from all over the country and the world to play rugby and participate in the World Series event itself. Teams and their fans will play on the outer fields at Dignity Health Sports Park and local athletic parks in the area, and are then invited to come watch the HSBC World Sevens Series at Dignity Health Sports Park Stadium.

- DIVERSITY – Male and Female divisions in youth, high school, college, and adult competitions, with the finals of the Men’s and Women’s Elite divisions played in the stadium alongside the International stars!
